is a monthly fun and active session for people over 50 and who live in Enfield. Age UK Enfield has been funded by Enfield Sounds Great until March 2023 to deliver this joyful monthly session, that’s suitable for all and dementia friendly.
Led by our Vocal Instructor and supported by our Health & Wellbeing Navigators, we sing songs through the decades to evoke memories, reduce stress, improve breathing, boost mood and memory and meet new friends. Each session lasts approximately 60mins and there’s opportunity to mingle and enjoy refreshments. There is absolutely no charge to attend. No need to book, we’re happy for you to come along.
